Favourites

Yayyy!! We’re turning one! And what better way to celebrate than with a round up of a few favourites.

Here, we have a mixed bag of products I’ve been obsessing over lately.

1. Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector

For that subtle glow that puts your face on the spotlight. It’s ultra fine texture does not show as specks of glitter when applied. It is the holy grail that we have all been looking for, for that perfect dewy look without appearing slick & oily. This shade in CHAMPAGNE POP is perfect for Olive / Indian skin tones.

2. Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick

Huda’s formulation of liquid matte lipsticks are comparatively less sticky & are giving competitors a run for their money. They are extremely pigmented with a very smooth application. A little goes a long way. This shade in GOSSIP GIRL is a pretty pink, the epitome of summer.

3. Sephora Collection Super Smoothing Lip Butter

Sephora’s in house lip butters are the perfect solution to chapped lips. They are perfect for daytime use under your favourite lippie for added hydration.

4. Keihl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate

Kiehl’s has always been known for its game changing products sans any harmful chemicals. And this natural elixir is nothing short of magic. Infused with lavender, which is known for it’s relaxing properties it works wonders on dull skin when used about thrice a week.

5. Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick

This is a beautiful everyday lip colour that I have been using day in & day out. It’s moisturising formula is an added bonus.

6. Chanel Le Crayon Lèvres

Chanel’s range of precision lip definers are extremely long lasting with no tug during application. The blending brush on the other end is an added bonus. This shade in 55 blends perfectly with summer-y pink shades.

7. Carolina Herrera 212 VIP

A bold fragrance that makes an instant statement , it creates an explosion with exotic top notes and ripples down to a beautiful feminine scent as it ages on the skin. The metallic packaging adds to its appeal.

8. Burt’s Bees Peach & Willow Bark Deep Pore Scrub

The universal appeal of Burt’s Bees products is the fact that they are manufactured using naturally sourced ingredients. The peach and willow bark scrub has a slightly runny consistency that glides over the skin easily. The natural gritty texture is perfect for deep pore cleansing. The quantity is enough to last a couple of months when used once a week on dry skin.

9. Broadchurch

Detective shows with interesting protagonists never fail to keep us on our toes. And this is exactly the series we had been waiting for! Back after three years with the third and final season, it had us hooked from day one.

10. Godiva

Now, how can I wrap up (pun intended) a favourites post without including chocolates? Beautifully sculpted with premium flavours they can perk up any dull day.

And the most important of all would have to be the people who keep me going! You know who you are. 😀
